What is included in the Audiovisual Solution service?
Screens & Documents Management
We make sure that the visuals reflected on the screens are aligned with the event content. Such as presentation slides, video files, sponsors' materials, video demonstration and speakers' live feed.
Sound Management
You will have a dedicated sound professional who will make sure the sound quality. The specialist will be controlling it during the event in real time. We also provide our own perfectly maintained and customized sound equipment.

Livestreaming
We provide you with a high-quality recording of the whole event. Record backup will also be available to you. Besides that, we can arrange a full management of livestreaming.

How long in advance do I need to apply?

There is no specific deadline, but contacting us at least two weeks before the event will help us to prepare comfortably. If you don't have that much time before the event, consulting over a video call is also possible.

Can you help me with a venue selection?

Yes, certainly. We can propose venues that best suit your requirements, such as affiliated rental spaces, hotels with a track record of hosting events, and available event rooms.

Do you accommodate events outside of the Tokyo metropolitan area?

We can work at the events outside of the Tokyo metropolitan area, however additional costs such as transportation and accommodation will be applied.

We will need photo coverage and video highlights of the event. Can you provide it too?
Workflow
Step 1
Pre-Event
We get familiar with your event plan, expectations, technical specifications. We also conduct a venue assessment to review the available equipment and and prepare any extra gear. Then, we arrange a meeting to propose our recommended solution.
Step 2
Event Day
We conduct technical rehearsal to ensure that everything is seamless. During the event we take care of the technical side so you can focus on the content.
Rely on us for all operations and eventual troubleshooting.
Step 3
Post-Event
We accommodate to your schedule and arrange fast delivery of all files. Full recording including additional interpretation tracks can be provided via physical storage or via cloud. Highlight video will be edited according to your request. All delivered files will be backed up and available for you on our system.
