[Audiovisual Solution] NORDIC TALKS JAPAN How to build a startup ecosystem for a better society

We were in charge of filming and streaming for the hybrid event "How to Build Startup Ecosystems for a Better World?", co-hosted by the Embassy of Denmark, the Embassy of Finland, the Embassy of Iceland, the Embassy of Norway, the Embassy of Sweden, Nordic Innovation House Tokyo, and Moon Creative Lab.

NORDIC TALKS JAPAN, which started in 2022, is a hybrid event series that discusses issues facing the Nordic countries and Japan, such as energy, climate, and demographics. This was the 12th and final broadcast of the series.

LIFE.14 was in charge of filming, distribution, and technical support for all 12 episodes. We are very grateful for the wonderful opportunity we have had over the years. We would like to thank all the organizers.

At this edition of NORDIC TALKS JAPAN, panelists discussed flexible working, wellbeing, and how to build an inclusive startup ecosystem infrastructure.

The moderator was Nikolas Karvonen, Community Director at Nordic Innovation House Tokyo, and panelists included Antti Sonninen, co-founder and CEO of Takeoff Tokyo, and Tobias Mathiasen, founding partner of SKB.vc.

We managed the streaming and sound at the venue. By building a unique sound system, we were able to prevent noise and feedback, and deliver clear audio for the event.

4. Document Management

We managed the materials and videos to be projected on the projector at the venue, as well as the materials and videos during streaming.

5. Online distribution

The event was streamed online via Zoom. We tried to keep viewers interested by switching between materials, overall footage, and close-up footage of the speakers in real time.

6. Simultaneous interpretation

We used Zoom to stream simultaneous interpretation between Japanese and English. After careful rehearsals with the interpreters, we were able to successfully stream high-quality simultaneous interpretation.
